🧘🏿Press Through The Pressure.🏋🏿♀️ [Part 2]
I. Consider 🏁
"Pressure" can often be felt in moments of growth or increase of capacity, purpose, work, vision, etc.
But consider the root of the word... "Press".
When moving greater...towards greater goals, against greater counterforces, or pushing greater purposes forward, there is often a "press"ing sensation that accompanies the increase in effort, as we draw out and apply more strength to the task.
But the phonetics of "ure" aka "u're" aka "you're" ...suggests an incomplete statement.
Pressure ➡️ Press-ure ➡️ Press-u’re ➡️Press -you’re ➡️ “Press. You’re already enough.”
II. Remember 🤔
So, when the pressure starts to get to you, remember to finish the statement. Declare an affirmation of your victory. You don’t need to doubt, you need to know.
When you need the strength to continue to press, try saying to your self…
“Press, you’re already enough.”
“Press, you’re going to make it.”
“Press, you’re worth the effort risk.”
III. Apply 🏅
Then, press with confidence that you are complete and whole.
Press knowing that you are the right size for your journey and the right you for your dreams.
And when the "press" begins to feel like "pressure"... remember to check for areas where the belief that you are enough is being challenged.
